DAIRY REPLACEMENT – Learn how to prepare your favorite dairy foods using whole fresh raw plant
foods! Learn to make Almond Milk, Kefir, Yogurt, Cheesecake, Cheese, and Ice Cream! If you’ve been
told to eliminate (animal) ‘dairy’ from your diet, you can still enjoy your favorite foods with these ideal
replacements!

An ‘all inclusive’ course that teaches you what the Raw/Living food diet is and provides you with all the
basic information you need to get started to do the Raw/Living food diet successfully. You will leave
this class inspired and motivated to begin eating raw and know how to make delicious raw food meals
for yourself and others. AS A BONUS: Completion of this class will also earn you CHEF Certification (through the
Alissa Cohen Living On Live Food Program) which allows you to teach the Raw Food Prep Courses and qualifies you
to take the next level of Alissa's Living on Live Food Training.
