The following is description of the services and classes I offer. If you
are new to the idea of eating a whole food diet of fresh fruits and
vegetables or have heard about the raw food diet and not sure how it
will support your current diet plan, you may wish to follow the lead of
others before you – start with a private consultation. With clear
direction, and a better understanding of how my classes and services
will enhance your goals, you’ll feel more confident in choosing the
class or service that best suits your needs.
PRIVATE CONSULTATION (1 Hour $100, includes a pre-submitted detailed questionnaire)
Every individual is unique! This consultation is designed to address your specific challenges and
needs, to clarify your own personal goals (sometimes more complex than simple). This is an ‘in-
depth’ evaluation to help us determine the best way for you to succeed – head you in the right
direction. You may have certain restrictions or suffer physical limitations where individual classes
will not suit you. My mentor program may be your answer, or my food preparation may be the
supplement you’re looking for. Most people find this ‘in-depth’ assessment rewarding – it provides
them a process in which to clarify their goals, road-blocks, complications, and be inspired to take
the next step. Consultation can be done by appointment or by phone.
MENTOR PROGRAM (1 Hour ‘One-On-One’ $60)
– You are NOT alone! Having a great mentor is a powerful tool for self-growth. Mentors inspire
you to keep pursuing your goals. They’ve already been where you’ve been and struggled through
the lows as well as experiencing the highs! What matters is that your mentor excites
you…………moves you to take the next step! My mentor program will do that! Learn how you too

through the tips, tricks, and tools I’ve learned along the way. With me to guide you, coach
you…….you too can reach your full potential! Every week you’ll have inspiration to draw on

Take any one of the above classes in the convenience of your own home or other location.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING (15 Minute Counsel $20)
Counseling is suggested if you’ve reached a stumbling block, are stymied for an answer to a
particular problem you’ve encountered, or struggling to go or stay raw. With years of experience
and education, I can advise alternatives or options you may have not considered. Counsels
exceeding 15 minutes will become ‘mentoring’ and will be charged accordingly.

Demonstrating how easy it is to prepare a healthy raw food recipe while speaking about my own
personal story and raw food experience has inspired hundreds of people to upgrade their
diet/health programs. Actually tasting how delicious eating fruits/vegetables can be when

For those people who wish to bring more ‘raw’ food into their diets but don’t have the time or the
equipment (e.g. dehydrator), I prepare food to purchase per individual order. Let me prepare your
favorites, from cereals and granola to pates, soups, crackers, cookies, or pie ….. to help get you

POTLUCK DINNER (Every Other Month)
Join the FUN!!!! Meet other people sharing your same interest in raw food and sample THEIR
favorite dishes! You may discover your next door neighbor, fitness buddy, or co-worker shares the
same interest as you!!! Take home new recipes, learn and share new tips, hear success stories
and best of all – taste the FOOD!!!! Mmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!
A $10 donation accepted in lieu of a dish for first time attendees only. Seating is limited (to 30) so

“I don’t have TIME!!!!” ………………… WE’VE ALL HEARD IT, WE’VE ALL SAID IT! Busy people
do not like to prepare food. They generally eat out, a lot. Though most RAW food recipes are
extremely fast and easy to prepare, learn additional methods to ‘streamline’ food preparation and
strategies for eating out, where to enjoy RAW food, and snacks for the road and at the office.

There’s a better alternative to drinking pop, pasteurized milk, and processed fruit drinks loaded

RAW DEHYDRATING – Why, How, and Use(s)
Dehydrating is another way to expand your RAW food choices, and it is easy and FUN! Learn how
to create entrees, crackers, breads, and cookies. Improve the digestibility of nuts and seeds
through proper soaking and dehydrating. Learn what a dehydrator is, what it does, and how to use
it. There are plenty of samples and tips. Your family and friends will be baffled when you tell them
you didn’t ‘bake’ those chocolate cookies!
RAW GREENS – Greens, Wild Greens, Seaweeds, Wheatgrass, Sprouts – How To Use them
Greens - the one food group that matches ALL human nutritional needs! Learn about these often
neglected nutritional foods and how to incorporate them into your current diet! Greens are filled
with abundant minerals and protein to help build muscles! Typically discarded (the carrot tops for
example), learn how to use these nutrient-packed greens in easy-to-prepare delicious recipes.
Enjoy the tasty addition of seaweeds to your favorite dishes. If you’re not feeling as energetic, as
good as you think you should, it could be because you’re not getting enough of these mineral
dense greens!
Sprouts are an easy way to improve on the nutritional quality and flavor of seeds, grains and nuts

LEVEL 1 CHEF CERTIFICATION CLASS (4-6 Hour Class $125)
An ‘all inclusive’ course that teaches you what the Raw/Living food diet is and provides you with all
the basic information you need to get started to do the Raw/Living food diet successfully. This
class is a favorite for people who have time constrictions, physical restrictions, or who come from a
long distance.
You’ll learn how to make delicious raw food meals that taste just like your favorite cooked food
dishes; how to prepare gourmet raw food meals simply and easily; how to shop for raw foods; how
to stock your kitchen and set up your environment for easy preparation for the raw food diet;
kitchen equipment use; and basic sprouting techniques and simple dehydrating techniques. You
will leave this class not only inspired and motivated but knowing how to begin eating raw and how
to make delicious raw food meals for yourself and others.
AS A BONUS: Completion of this class will also earn you CHEF Certification (through the Alissa
Cohen Living On Live Food Program) which allows you to teach the Raw Food Prep Courses and
quality you to take the next level * of Alissa’s Living on Live Food Training.
*Level 2 (Instructor Certification through the Alissa Cohen Living On Live Food Program) is
