What eating HEALTHY is about…………………Imagine
delicious lasagna, puddings, pies and ice cream! All
made from fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds!
Discover for yourself just how easy adding more fruits
and vegetables to your diet is!
You may currently only be consuming 15% of your total
calories in whole, fresh raw foods (e.g. lettuce, tomato,
cucumber) but now wish to improve that number to 35 or
50%. You don’t necessarily have to eat more salad
………. maybe a pie or pudding would satisfy you more.
Knowing how to make these from fresh fruits and
vegetables has just broadened your options!
WHAT IS A RAW FOOD DIET: A raw food diet consists
of 25% to 100% of raw (uncooked) fruits, vegetables,
nuts and seeds – the percentages vary depending on the
individual. The higher the percentage, the more health
benefits you’ll reap (energy, weight loss, clear skin to
name a few)! Eating a predominantly raw diet eliminates
the need to count calories, measure portions, or limit
quantities as most dishes are low in calorie and high in
water and fiber, quickly satisfying your hunger.
