Hello, I’m Beth Wilke. At 42 I was diagnosed with
rheumatoid arthritis throughout my whole body and told I
would be crippled and bedridden within a year. I was taking
high doses of pain medication to get me through each day.
Today at age 57 I am pain
free, taking no prescription
drugs, experiencing
unlimited energy and
enjoying an amazing level of
health and well being as a
result of changing my diet to
a raw food diet. A
